Customer Issue: The customer’s house had last been air sealed decades ago, and the seams were starting to leak again.
Our Solution: Old sealant had to be scrapped, melted, or chipped off to allow us to reseal those cracks more thoroughly and elegantly. Some rubber sealant was all it took; there were no reopened crevices or exposed patches severe enough to require fresh plaster or cement.

Customer Issue: Found evidence of rats in his home.
Our Solution: Once we entered the attic it was clear that there was a rat infestation with droppings and food scattered everywhere. We started by placing a number of non-lethal traps and looked for entry points, which we immediately sealed. After catching and removing the rodents we cleaned and decontaminated the area.

Customer Issue: Feces and dead rodents in attic.
Our Solution: We successfully removed all feces and dead animals from the attic space, before beginning our rodent proofing process. We ensured the procedure was done in a way that no moisture could build up in the attic afterwards.

Our Solution: We used a top-quality reflective radiant barrier from Energy Star to provide our customer with the best insulation solution for his needs. We made sure the barrier material was top-notch, providing both tear and puncture resistance.

Customer Issue: Ms. Stanley called and requested our services in cleaning debris that had been left from a storm in her attic and crawl spaces.
Our solution: Our team removed all debris and cleaned and sealed all air leaks in her attic and crawl spaces. She was very satisfied with the results.
